PackGene offers stable, reliable, and readily available AAV controls for the expression of fluorescent reporter proteins. Control AAVs may be packaged into a range of serotypes and both single-stranded and double-stranded AAVs are available. All Control AAVs are delivered with a titer exceeding 1E+13 GC/ml. Control AAV may also be available with a range of alternate promotors upon request.

Empty AAV particles are created using only the essential components for AAV replication, such as Rep, Cap, and helper. These particles are completely devoid of any genetic material, resulting in entirely empty capsids. Unlike typical AAV vectors, they do not contain any therapeutic transgene.
